MyJewishLearning.com // "Mixed Multitudes" Weblog Design
When MyJewishLearning.com, one of the leading Jewish educational resources online, decided it was time to get in on the blogging game, they knew that — with eight years of weblog design and development and over a decade working with Jewish organizations under our belt — having Matzat design their new blog was an easy choice. After working with MyJewishLearning.com to create a design that reflected both their brand identity and the latest trends in website design, we handed over our template to their programming department who are currently integrating our design into their custom blogging application.
Jewish Funds for Justice // "JSpot.org" Weblog Design & Development
Inspired in part by both the design and the discussions taking place on our popular weblog, Jewschool, Jewish Funds for Justice came to Matzat for help in creating JSpot.org, a weblog and online political action center that covers American domestic politics from a progressive Jewish angle. Matzat developed JSpot.org's brand identity, designed and built the website itself, and continues to integrate new features into the site at JFSJ's request. They even snagged a few of Jewschool's writers as contributors to their site.
National Havurah Committee // Website Design & Development
The National Havurah Committee (NHC) had a problem: For years they had been maintaining a static website, adding new sections and pages without giving thought to issues of navigation, architecture, design or user-friendliness in general. One band-aid after another had left the site in shambles — difficult to use and more difficult to update. When they approached Matzat to redesign and relaunch their website, we got them on track with a sensible navigation system that significantly improved the enduser experience and a content management solution that infinitely simplified the process of maintaining and adding new information to their website. Providing NHC's membership with the information they need is now a breeze, instead of an expensive chore.
